2015 Cabernet Sauvignon

This vintage resulted in a much smaller crop yield, helping to promote extremely concentrated flavors and aromas in the fruit.

Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is very aromatic showing notes of blueberries, pomegranate, dark chocolate, graham cracker, dried mushroom and subtle oak spice. It’s medium-bodied with concentrated dark berry characteristics and has gripping, yet polished, tannins incorporated with nice acidity that provides an inviting mouthfeel and a lingering finish.
