2011 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2011 is filled with earthy aromas and traces of dark roasted coffee, subtle hints of vanilla beans, and graham cracker.

This is one of our more distinct Cabs with firm green tannins that would pair amazingly with some aged gouda or a burger topped with some melted cheddar.
